Fort Sapphire - Galle

We had a great time staying in a cozy room with excellent air conditioning, and we really liked it.

There was appetising food, the staff was exceptionally kind. Location: the hotel was not far from all the shops and restaurants and everything-the ramparts.

The rooms are newly renovated with excellent air conditioning accessed via a charming wooden staircase.

The staff here were extremely friendly and very kind.

This hotel in the fort was a great find! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Galle fort. We loved the quaint wooden staircase that led us to our room, which was cozy and had great aircon. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, a perfect way to start the day. We thought the price was very reasonable for the value we received. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and helpful staff. The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and other basic amenities. It was easy to navigate around and explore the neighborhood. The staff was quite helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was quite comfortable with a good view of the surroundings. the room was cleaned regularly, and fresh towels were provided.

Rooms were too small and overpriced. Although the room was clean and had necessary amenities, it was extremely small.

We recently stayed at a boutique hotel in the heart of the city and had a fantastic romantic experience. the location was perfect, situated close to many top attractions and nightlife spots, yet tucked away in a quiet street. the room was spotless and cozy, with French doors that opened up the room and made for a pleasant atmosphere. One of the best aspects of our stay was the complimentary coffee and tea service, which we enjoyed several times a day. We also appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way to book us a special romantic dinner under the stars.

the room was somewhat small, which made it difficult to move around freely.

The hotel's location was excellent; it was just around the corner from the main Pedler Street, close to everything and very close to the city's historical fort. the room and bathroom were cozy, clean, and well-maintained. the hospitable hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, serving breakfast upon request, free of charge, and providing excellent service.

The hotel could benefit from adding mosquito nets to its rooms to prevent insect bites.

The location was perfect, close to everything yet amazingly quiet. Being situated right in the center of the old town and away from the busy streets was a definite plus. The staff were very good in offering transportation options for exploring the city and nearby areas. the hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was great. The breakfast provided was a great way to start the day.
